Introductory Olympic Weightlifting clinic




Olympic Weight Lifting incorporates: Squats, Dead-Lifts, Dips, Rows, Bench Presses, Military Presses, Box Jumps, Chip Ups / Pull ups, Clean and Presses, Clean and Jerks, and Snatches.  All of these lifts develop your body better, work faster and make you stronger.   These lifts do two important things:


  1. 1.Train your muscles to work in unison.

    1. This is how you use them in real life activities such as work and sports.

  2. 2.Develop more strength.

    1. If you work multiple muscle groups at once your results are proven to be better. 


  3. These exercises build “explosive strength".  Using Olympic weight lifting exercises in your routine will not only help you get stronger but will also help you burn more calories.  They will sky rocket your metabolism to make it ideal for a fat burning routine.

Beginner Olympic Lifting Clinic

Starting March 9, 2010 @ 1 PM

Introductory price:  $156.00 – 6 sessions - Every session will be 60 minutes.

This clinic will be take place in the Pure Fitness location in Red Deer, AB.

Space is limited to 8 participants so sign up quick!

What you need to bring:
Flat soled shoes.
Comfortable training clothes - the clinic will be a workout!

Please note:	Stenberg Photography staff (www.stenbergphotography.com) may be present taking pictures at the clinic.

Clinic schedule is for 1 PM start time for every class.
